Glow Bundle FAQs
What is included in the NERV Glow Bundle?
The planned set pairs the black NERV LED Face Mask with the curved RLB10 desktop NERV Red Light Panel. The panel's listed accessories are a holder stand, adapter, goggles, hanging rope and manual, with a NERV panel box. Mask accessories and the final bundle package are still being confirmed.
Do I need both an LED face mask and a red light panel?
Not necessarily. They are different formats, and owning both is not a requirement. Compare each device's fit or setup, documented purpose and instructions against what you need. The bundle does not establish that combining devices will give better results.
Can I use the mask and panel together in one session?
A combined-use routine has not been specified. The products should each be assessed against their final manuals, including positioning, session and eye-protection requirements. A bundle purchase is not an instruction to use both devices at once or to extend an exposure.
Is the Glow Bundle cheaper than buying the products separately?
Retail pricing has not been announced, so no saving or discount is currently promised. When pricing is available, compare the exact contents and total price of the bundle with the individual products.
Is the NERV box shown a box for the whole bundle?
The white NERV box in the gallery is the selected packaging for the red light panel. It is not a confirmed shared outer box for both products. Mask packaging and the final bundle presentation will be confirmed before release.
Can I pre-order Glow or join the individual product lists?
Glow, the face mask and the desktop panel each have their own preview page and drop list. All orders and pre-orders are currently closed. Joining a list requests updates about that product; it does not take payment or reserve a bundle.
