What is included in a replacement pad pack?
Each pack contains a pair of replacement gel pads for NERV Pulse. These are consumables for the Pulse device, not an additional pair of powered pods. No charging dock, controller or electronics are included. Check the pack contents and your existing device before ordering.
Are these pads compatible with another TENS or EMS device?
These replacement pads are intended for NERV Pulse. Compatibility with other brands, connectors or stimulation devices is not promised. If you are unsure which model you have or which replacement you need, contact NERV before buying rather than choosing solely by the pad's appearance.
Check pad compatibilityHow do I know when to replace the gel pads?
Pad life varies with use, skin preparation and storage, so there is no guaranteed session count. Follow the device's care instructions and replace worn pads when they no longer adhere or function as directed. The pack replaces the gel pads; you keep using your compatible Pulse pods and charging equipment.
