### What if the size or fit isn't right?

30-day returns from the day it arrives, provided the product is brand new and unopened. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept opened or used items.

### How long does the battery actually last?

Around 3–4 hours of mixed-mode use — roughly 6 standard 30-minute sessions on a single charge. A full charge via the included power cable takes 1–2 hours. You can also use it plugged in.

### How loud is it?
