### How fast will it arrive?

Most orders dispatch within 1 business day and typically arrive in 5–15 business days. Express options appear at checkout.

### How does the thermal tip work?

A thermoelectric Peltier element inside the tip heats or cools on demand. Two cold levels (16°C and 13°C) and two hot levels (42°C and 50°C). The hot side reaches 50°C in about 10 seconds; the cold side begins cooling within 5–10 seconds and drops to 13°C in about 30 seconds.

### Can I return it if it's not right?

Yes. You have 30 days to return the product, provided it's brand new and unopened. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept opened or used items. Every device includes warranty coverage for manufacturing defects.

### Is the thermal head the only one that heats and cools?

Yes. The 6 additional heads (ball, fork, bullet, flat, wedge, soft tip) are standard percussion attachments. The thermal recovery head is the single combined heat/cold head.

### Is it easy to use out of the box?

Yes. Charge it, attach the head you want, choose your speed and temperature, and start with short sessions on the target muscle group.
