### Is it completely wireless?

Yes — NERV Pulse is a fully wireless EMS muscle stimulator. The pads stick straight onto the muscle and run from the magnetic charging pod, so there are no wires, no lead box, and no wall socket. Charge them on the USB-C dock and use them anywhere — at the gym, the desk, or on the go.

### When will it ship?

Orders dispatch within 1 business day from our warehouse and typically arrive in 5–15 business days, worldwide.

### What if it's not right?

30-day returns from the day it arrives, provided the product is brand new and unopened. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept opened or used items.

### How long does the battery actually last?

Around 4 hours of continuous use — roughly 16 standard 15-minute sessions per charge. The USB-C magnetic dock takes 90 minutes for a full charge.

### How loud is it?

Completely silent. The pads produce no audible sound, the muscle contractions are the only sensation. You can use them anywhere without anyone noticing.

### Is it safe if I have a medical condition?

Do not use with a pacemaker, implanted defibrillator, epilepsy, or during pregnancy. Avoid placement on the chest, throat, or broken skin. Full contraindication list in the user manual.
