# NERV Recovery — Frequently Asked Questions

## Products

### How long does a session take?

Sessions run 15, 30, or 45 minutes depending on the mode and your schedule. The device cycles through all chambers automatically — you just set it and let it run.

### How much pressure does the Squeeze use?

The Squeeze operates between 20–270 mmHg across 12 modes, including Active Flush (lower pressure for post-run lactate clearance), Deep Restore (higher sustained pressure for heavy training days), and Pre-Session Prime (graduated activation before competition). You can also set custom pressure levels via the NERV app.

### What sizes are available?

Squeeze boots come in Standard and Tall sizing. Standard fits those up to 180cm (6'0"), and Tall is designed for those above 180cm. A precise fit isn't necessary — the chambers inflate to fill. The Pulse is one size fits most.

### Is the NERV Squeeze safe for everyone?

Compression therapy is well-tolerated by most healthy adults. However, you should not use the Squeeze if you have deep vein thrombosis (DVT), peripheral artery disease, severe peripheral neuropathy, active skin infections, or open wounds in the compression area. Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant or have a cardiovascular condition.


## Orders & Shipping

### Where do you ship?

We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and most of the European Union. More countries are being added — if you don't see yours at checkout, email us at support@nervrecovery.com.

### How long does delivery take?

Orders typically arrive within 5–15 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

### Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all Australian orders over AU$150, and on all US orders over US$100. International shipping rates for other regions are calculated at checkout.

### Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, email support@nervrecovery.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched we cannot modify it, but you can return it under our 30-day return policy.


## Returns & Warranty

### What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on brand new, unopened items only. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept opened or used products. See our full Returns & Refunds policy for details.

### How long is the warranty?

All NERV hardware products come with a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. See our Warranty page for full coverage details and how to make a claim.

### My device isn't working — what do I do?

First, try a full reset: hold the power button for 10 seconds until the device restarts. Check that the app firmware is up to date. If the issue persists, contact support@nervrecovery.com with your order number and a description of the problem — we'll diagnose and resolve it, usually within 24–48 hours.
